The ancient tower in downtown Baltimore, USA
A historic building located in the center of Baltimore, Maryland, USA, has been a part of the city skyline since 1911. Originally built by Emerson Pharmaceuticals as the factory for its BromoSeltzer headache medicine, the tower's design was inspired by the old palace in Florence. Standing at 15 floors, it was once the tallest building in Baltimore city. The clock in the tower was once one of the largest gravity clocks in the world, with four huge dials. This tower is not only a cultural symbol of Baltimore, but also an important venue for urban innovation and artistic activities.
